Delhi Customers Come Together to Appreciate Jakson-Cummins

Extending the concept of green and efficient technology to customers, Jakson-Cummins organized a customer meet at The Park Hotel, Delhi. Continually looking for ways to improve the technical and environmental profile of products, Jakson- Cummins are dedicated to their customers for supporting their businesses by offering safe and fuel-efficient power solutions. Impressed with the robust solutions, customers from Delhi gathered together on 22nd August 2009 to further explore the USPs and technology features of Jakson- Cummins range of products.

Looking forward to build relationships, teams from Jakson and Cummins interacted one-on-one with customers defining the hi-end technology used in the DG Sets. Designed to deliver optimum performance under severe conditions, these DG Sets have earned immense trust the customers.

The customers were educated on corporate facts about Cummins and Jakson while their sales and service related queries were taken up.

The event witnessed participation from over 150 assenting customers. Mr. Umesh Kalyani, Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar, Mr. Atanu Chakrabroty with supporting marketing and service teams from Cummins and Mr. Gagan Chanana, Mr. Manish Seth, Mr. Mahesh Babbar from Jakson identified the requirements of customers and addressed the gathering. The management team from Jakson was also present at the occasion.  

The program ended effectively with an interactive session followed by cocktail and dinner. Overall response from the customers was incredibly encouraging and Jakson- Cummins are further geared up to perk up their customer contact programs.
